국문초록

본 연구는 고등학생 청소년의 또래애착과 진로성숙도 간의 관계에서 우울과 자아존 중감의 다중매개효과를 검증하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 보건복지부, 한국보건 사회연구원, 서울대학교에서 구축한 제7차 한국복지패널(Korea Welfare Panel) 조사자료 중 고등학교 1학년에서 3학년까지의 청소년 463명을 대상으로 SPSS 20.0과 SPSS Indirect macro를 수행하였다. 분석결과, 첫째, 고등학생의 또래애착은 진로성숙도에 긍 정적인 영향이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 우울은 고등학생의 또래애착과 진로성숙도 를 매개하지 않는 것을 알 수 있었다. 셋째, 자아존중감은 고등학생의 또래애착과 진로 성숙도를 매개하는 것을 검증하였다. 이와 같은 연구결과를 토대로, 고등학생의 또래애 착과 진로성숙도 간의 관계에서 자아존중감의 향상을 통해 그들의 진로성숙도를 높일 수 있는 몇 가지 제언을 하였다.

영문초록

The purpose of this study was to verify the multiple mediating effect of depression and self-esteem on the relationship between peer attachment and career maturity of the high school student. For this study, data were drawn from the 7th wave panel data provided at The Korea Institute for Health and Social Affairs and Seoul National University. It included 463 persons of the high school student. To analyze the data, SPSS 20.0 and SPSS Indirect macro were used. The results of this study were summarized as follows : (1) Peer attachment was positively influenced on career maturity. (2) Depression didn’t mediate between peer attachment and career maturity. (3) Self-esteem mediated between peer attachment and career maturity. Based on the results, some implications were discussed to improve career maturity of the high school student through self-esteem's improvement.
