A rapidly changing environment forces the organizations to change or transtorm themselves for survival . A learning organization is a survival strategy for the organizations in the changing business environment. The learning organization is a new perspective on learning that calls for a fundamental shift in the way organizations are managed with respect to education, training and development for human resourves. The key concept of the learning organization is the continuous learning, which is a systematic approach applied to increase learning in an organization so as to enable the organization to respond more effectively to change. Although a learning organization in the business environment has a little differnt meaning with the organization in the school encirionment. However the meaning of the learning organizaion as a survival strategy could be applied to the class organization. The artivel suggested the following five principles for the class organization to be a learning organization: the pursuit of a learning community, the aim of open arganizational cuthre and strucures, the management of information and knowledge using the classroom databases, the empowement of teachers and learners, the emphasis of double-loop learning.
