Education is a process of participating in a disciplinary act that involves endeavor and strong will in order to transform and fulfill one`s goal. Guided by ones responsibilities education is a self-regulated and practically structured method that reveals ones inner potential and worth. In our daily lives, meaningful place and time for educational learning are not isolated it is, however, learning experience can be achieved at anywhere and on anytime of the day. The writer is presenting that Sang-Ho Chang`s education-centered intrinsic principles can be further applied to transcentdental worlds without restricting application to other studies. Education is not limited to scholastic knowledge, but can also be generally expanded as a way to indicate various transtalent order in transcentdental world. Not only Soe-Tae-San achieved the ultimate transtalent by ascending; but also as a descender, he spread the transtalent throughout the world as a proof of achievement (See-Young Lee 2005). This study is to show how Soe-Tae-San emphasized the importance of education throughout his life and to understand how the significance of education is portrayed in dharma of Won-Buddhism. Within the study of Dharma, careful observation is made with respect to the guidelines presented in the Won-Buddhism Training. It is to prove one`s dharma rank advancement through the training process and this practice is to develop a "Temporal Maturation in Education" and make improvements of one`s transtalent. The ultimate goal in Won-Buddhism Training is for everyone to achieve the `The status of the greatly enlightened tathagata,` which is the highest dharma rank. The aim for each phase is to achieve the dharma in each rank. Therefore, each dharma rank phase could be represented as a ladder in order to achieve the ultimate rank: `The status of the greatly enlightened tathagata.` Thus, the only way to advance in dharma rank is by training. Effective training requires each goal in every training phase to be strictly maintained and followed by the establishment of training adequate subjects. Recently, in order to advance in dharma rank, completion of designated training sessions are required and this is heavily reflected when auditing dharma rank. The advancement of transtalent requires time. This is Sang-Ho Chang`s discussion of "Temporal Maturation in Education." Despite the fact that education starts equally in all transtalent, the end result is at a different transtalent state than the one it began with. Transtalent level increases step by step, which is the reflection of education materials and as the number of interiorization and modification accumulates, transtalent level ascends infinitely. This paper is to indicate the educational potentiality from `The Dharma of Training` that Soe-Tae-San, the founder of Won-Buddhism, emphasized. Through exploration in Won-Buddhism Training and Temporal Maturation in Education, applying education principles will open a new prospect in the field of new research in education.
