Two years have passed since the business management class started. That means our high school students could have the opportunity to experience what business management really is.
In this study, I\'ve tried to accomplish the purpose of examining the necessity and effect of business management class in the general high schools by comparing two students groups; experiment group and control group. The first group consists of students who already had the chance of studying business management.
But, in the second group, the majority of high school students actually, nobody had the chance of studying business management yet. Also in this study, I\'ve tried to find out pending problems in business management class and the right directions which we have to follow by getting to know whether the level of interest, satisfaction and accomplishment of students who are studying business management really influence both the business mind and career maturity of students themselves.
The results of this study can be summarized as follow;
First, the business management class influence both business mind and career maturity of students.
Second, the interest and accomplishment during class also influence both business mind and career maturity.
Third, the satisfaction factor doesn\'t influence both business mind and career maturity.
Here are my suggestions from the results it would be desirable to select more schools in different regions.
Second, it would be necessary to compare the same school year students in different schools.
Third, it would be also necessary to find out another major factors apart from the existed factors like degree of interest, satisfaction and accomplishment.
