This study is for searching the elements which affected at the service satisfaction for old people who are using the Home Helper Service and looking for the plans to offer more effective Home Helper Service. Most of users are the old people who do not have good health, some complicative illness, feel uncomfort because of those illnesses, so social welfare center has to organize network with nearby medical centers and to strengthen health and medical-service system and then to develop several service program in order to spread services focused on old people Especially, by means of health and medical-service program which shows fewer satisfaction compared with other program\'s satisfaction, this service should maximize at the satisfaction. In addition, it is important for service centers to educate the Home Helpers systematically and professionally for better quality as well as to precede financial and political support from government for better activeness. At the same time, many organizations which support those service also should make every endeavor to guarantee and maintain these Home Helpers positively.
