This study was conducted to develop an education program to foster communication skills of pre-service early childhood teacher at colleges and to verify their effectiveness. To achieve the research objectives, identified the sub-factors of K-CESA communication skills and Early Childhood teacher communication skills, and analyzed the learning modules of the NCS vocational basic ability. And effectiveness was verified by designing and developing communication skills programs for pre-service early childhood teacher, conducting the 15th week s classes, and analyzing the pre-post testing results. The analysis shows that the program works to improve the communication skills required for pre-service early childhood teacher, and that K-CESA communication skills have made significant improvements in the ability to discuss and coordinate. Pre-service early childhood teachers reported that they understood their communication patterns through classroom activities and learned a variety of techniques, including listening, and empathetic skills required by their teachers. To increase the effectiveness of this program in the future, it is necessary to increase the class hours, take into consideration the levels of students at higher levels, and incorporate some variables in the program into practical activities.
