This research developed creative children's musical drama activities based on the integrated approach, and examined the effect of on young children's musical concept. Participants of this study consisted of 4 year olds 24 children and 5 year olds 56 children. They participated in creative musical drama activities based on the integrated approach over a period of 8 months. The collected data were coded, computerized SPSS PC program, and used by paired-t-test. The results indicated that there were significant differences on musical concept except rhythm. The creative children's musical drama activities based on the integrated approach proved to have a positive effect on dynamics. pitch, timbre, and chord.
