본 연구에서는 유아의 음감 및 리듬감의 음악적성과 음악적 성향, 그리고 이에 영향을 미치는 교사의 음악을 즐기는 성향 및 유아음악교육에 대한 태도 간의 관계를 구조방정식 모형 분석을 통하여 실증적으로 검증하고자 하였다. 3~5세 유아 179명과 담임교사 30명을 대상으로 자료수집하고, SPSS와 AMOS를 사용하여 구조방정식 모형 분석을 하였다. 연구결과, 교사의 유아음악교육에 대한 태도, 유아의 음악적성과 음악적 성향 전체변인에서 유의한 정적 상관이 나타났고, 구조방정식 모형 분석 결과 모형 적합도가 매우 적절하며 경로계수도 모두 유의하였다. 교사의 음악을 즐기는 성향과 유아음악교육에 대한 태도는 유아의 음악적성과 음악적 성향에 직간접으로 영향을 미쳤으며, 부분매개효과와 완전매개효과가 나타났다. 교사는 유아의 중요한 음악환경으로서 교사의 음악을 즐기는 성향과 음악교육에 대한 태도가 교육의 질에 직간접적인 영향을 미친다.
In general most studies have focused on simple relationship of young children`s musicality and teacher`s attitude variable. The propose of this study is to investigate the structural model between young children`s music aptitude, young children`s musical attitude, teacher`s attitude of musical activities and early music education. The subjects was 60 3-years-olds, 59 4-years-olds, 60 5-years-olds and 30 teachers, all of whom were sampled from kindergartens at Seoul and Kyeonggi-do in South Korea. Collected data were analyzed with AMOS 4.01, a statistical program for SEM. In results, teacher`s attitude of early music education was directly influenced by their attitude of musical activities. Young children`s music aptitude was directly influenced by their musical attitude. And indirect effects of teacher`s attitude of musical activities on young children`s music aptitude and musical attitude were mediated by their attitude of early music education.
