본 연구는 대학 음악 전공자들의 자기효능감이 연주자신감에 미치는 영향과 관계 규명을 위해, 서울시 소재 4년제 A, B 여자대학교 음악대학 학부 재학생들(건반악기, 성악, 관현악전공 1～4학년)을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 설문내용은 일반적 특성, 자기효능감, 연주자신감의 3영역으로 구성하였다. 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 일반적 특성에 따른 자기효능감은 학년, 전공, 전공경력에서 모두 유의미한 차이를 보이지 않았다. 둘째, 일반적 특성에 따른 연주자신감은 전공경력에서 부분적(연주활동자신감)으로 유의미한 차이를 보였다. 셋째, 자기효능감이 높을수록 연주자신감이 높았으며, 자기효능감의 하위구성요인들은 연주자신감의 하위구성요인들에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다.
The purpose of this study is to find out the effects of undergraduate music majors` self-efficacy on their confidence in performance, and to determine the relationships between the two. The subjects were selected from the first-year through fourth-year students majoring in keyboard, voice and orchestra in A and B women`s universities. The questionnaire consisted of 3 domains, that is, general characteristics, a background variable; self-efficacy, an independent variable; and confidence in performance, a dependent variable. The following results were obtained from this study. First, as for self-efficacy by the general characteristics, all of grade, major, and major experience showed no significant differences. Second, as for confidence in performance by the general characteristics, only major experience showed a significant difference. Third, self-efficacy and confidence in performance showed a positive (+) correlation; and thus it was found that the higher the self-efficacy, the higher the confidence in performance. In addition, the sub-domains of general self-efficacy and social self-efficacy had significant effects on the sub-domains of confidence in performance.
