본 논문은 전문대 유아교육과 학생들의 핵심역량 특성을 분석하는 것을 목표로 한다. 수도권의 B전문대학 유아교육과 학생들을 대상으로 K-CESA의 4개 영역, 자기관리역량, 대인관계역량, 자원정보기술의 활용역량, 글로벌역량에 대한 검사를 실시하였다. 그 결과 B전문대학 유아교육과 학생들은 대인관계역량과 자기관리역량이 높은 반면, 자원정보기술의 활용역량과 글로벌역량은 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 특히 학생들은 정서적유대, 협력, 직업의식 등에서 높은 역량 점수를 보였으며, 역량의 차이를 가져오는 변수로는 학년, 거주지역, 성적, 휴학여부 등이 있었다.
This paper aims to analyze the key competences characteristics of the ealry childhood education students at junior colleges. Four areas of K-CESA were examined for early childhood education department at B University in the Greater Seoul area, self management ability, interpersonal relationship, resource information technology, and global competence. As a result, it was found that early childhood education department students at B University have high interpersonal and self-managing skills, and the utilization and global capabilities of resource information technologies are low. Students in particular performed well in emotional ties, cooperation and professionalism. Parameters that caused the difference in competencies were grades, residential areas, grades, and whether to take a leave of absence.
