이 연구는 자기결정행동의 구성요소와 긍정심리학의 성격 강점의 특성을 파악하고, 자기결정행동의 구성 요소와 긍정심리학의 성격 강점의 변인 간 관계적 특성을 탐색하는데 연구에 목적을 둔다. 이 목적을 위 해 2006년부터 현재까지 자기결정 행동의 구성요소와 긍정심리학에서 말하는 성격 강점들을 연구하는 문 헌들을 수집하고, 연구 설계, 대상의 특성, 중재 전략, 연구 결과, 자기결정행동의 구성요소, 성격 강점의 변인별로 분석하였다. 그 분석결과 자기결정 행동의 구성요소와 관련성을 보인 긍정심리학의 성격 강점 들 중에는 자기조절, 사회지능, 창의성 등으로 발견되었고, 그 성격 강점과 관련성이 보인 자기결정행동 의 구성요소를 구체적으로 탐색하였다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 자기결정행동의 구성요소와 긍정심리학의 성격 강점의 변인 간 관계적 특성을 논의하였다.
The purpose of this study is to investigate the components of self-determination behavior and characteristics of character strengths of positive psychology, and to explore the relationship between the components of self-determination behavior and the variables of character strength of positive psychology. For this purpose, from 2006 to the present, researcher collected the literature on the components of self-determination behavior and character strengths of positive psychology, and analyzed based on the research design, characteristics of the subject, intervention strategy, research results, the components of self-determination behavior, and character strengths. As a result of the analysis, positive psychological character strengths which are related to the components of self-determination behavior were found by self-regulation, social intelligence, creativity, and explored the components of self-determination behavior. Based on these results, researcher discussed the relationship between the components of self-determination behavior and characteristics of character strengths of positive psychology
