본 연구는 모바일 간편결제서비스의 결제단계를 보다 간소화할 수 있는 방법을 제시하는 것을 목 표로 하였다. 현재 모바일 간편결제서비스 업계의 규모는 점점 더 커지고 있다. 기존의 간편결제 서비스는 보안에 초점이 맞추어져 있었지만 최근 사용자의 주된 니즈는 편의성이라고 할 수 있다. 다양한 모바일 간편결제서비스 중 가장 많은 사용자와 인지도를 확보하고 있는 카카오페이와 네이버페이를 연구 대상으로 하였다. 카카오페이와 네이버페이는 3단계를 거쳐 지문 및 비밀번호를 이용하여 결제를 하고 있다. 분석 결과 카카오페이와 네이버페이는 결제 단계가 다소 많고 정보 확인을 위해 스크롤을 요구하는 경우가 많아 사용자에게 피로함을 주고 있음을 발견하였다. 한국소비자원의 모바일 간편결제서비스 이용 소비자 설문조사[1]에 따르면 사용자가 모바일 간편결제서비스를 선택할 때 가장 중요하게 생각하는 부분은 결제절차의 간편성(40.7%)이 가장 높다. 보안을 위한 장치와 간편결제서비스라는 이름에 걸맞는 간편한 단계 필요하다. 이에 대한 개선방향을 수립하기 위해 해외의 간편결제서비스인 Alipay와 Paypall을 참고하여 이상적인 간편결제서비스의 결제단계를 도출하였다．
The purpose of this study is to propose a simple payment procedure of Mobile Simple-Payment-Service. Industry scale of mobile simple-payment-service is getting bigger. While existing simple-payment-services have focused on Security, but recently user s needs is convenience. We have studied “KakaoPay” and “NaverPay” which have lots of members and recognition. “KakaoPay” and “NaverPay” are going through three steps to make payments using fingerprints and passwords. We have Found that they require long payment steps and a lot of user information so, giving user fatigue. The most important is Simplicity (40.7%) When Choosing the Mobile Simple-Payment-Service According to the Online Shopping Trends Issued material Korea National Statistical Office. Devices for security and Simple payment procedure are needed. To establish a direction for improvement, we derive the ideal simple-payment-service referring to the overseas cases, Alipay and Paypal.
