Purpose: This study was to identify the elderly image, sexual knowledge and sexual attitudes of the elderly in a nursing students and to identify the factors influencing sexual attitudes of the elderly. Methods: This study was to descriptive research 149 nursing college students in a one local from May 15 to May 31, 2017 and the data were analyzed by t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe s test, and multiple regression using SPSS 22.0. Results: The results of the general characteristics of the subjects were age, grade, dating, remarried of the elderly. The factors influencing the sexual attitudes of elderly people were sexual knowledge of the elderly, age, dating and explanatory power of these variables were 32%. Conclusion: The higher the sexual knowledge about the elderly, the more acceptable the sexual attitudes of the elderly. Based on these results, it is necessary for nursing students to learn the knowledge of the elderly more easily and to expand the education program development and education opportunities to improve the attitude of the elderly.
