본 연구의 목적은 여성폭력 피해자를 상담하고 개입하는 여성긴급전화1366 상담원의 이차적 외상스트레스 영향 요인을 확인하여 여성긴급전화1366 상담원의 이차적 외상 스트레스를 줄이는데 있어서 기초자료를 제공하기 위함이다. 본 연구는 전국 18개 지역의 여성긴급전화1366 상담원을 대상으로 2017년 4월 1일부터 4월 21일까지 자기기입식 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 부적절한 설문지를 제외한 220부를 자료분석에 이용하였다. 본 연구결과, 여성긴급전화1366 상담원의 이차적 외상 스트레스 전체에 영향을 미치는 요인은 자아탄력성이었으며, 자아탄력성은 이차적 외상 스트레스의 하위요인 중 회피와 각성에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이 결과에 근거해 볼 때 이차적 외상 스트레스에 자아탄력성이 중요한 변인임을 확인하였으며, 여성긴급전화1366 상담원의 자아탄력성을 향상시키기 위하여 다각적 차원에서의 연구와 자아탄력성에 영향을 주는 다양한 예측요인을 확인하여 적절한 관리전략의 필요성이 요구된다.
The purpose of this study was to examine the factors influencing secondary traumatic stress of counselors working in women emergency call 1366 who counsel and intervene female violence victims. The study conducted a survey of 220 counselors working on women emergency call 1366 from April 1 to April 21, 2017. The result of this study, it showed that the factor affecting secondary traumatic stress of counselors working on women emergency call 1366 was ego resiliency. In addition, ego resiliency affected avoidance and awakening of sub-variables of secondary traumatic stress. Based on these results, it was found that ego resiliency of counselors working on women emergency call 1366 is an important variable on the secondary traumatic stress. In order to improve ego resiliency, there is a need for research on multiple aspects and appropriate management strategies considering various predictive factors that affect ego resiliency.
