The purpose of this study is to analyze the evaluation of the panel of judges and to examine its implication for the early childhood evaluation in order to provide preliminary data in proposing new directions for the future early childhood evaluation. For this, data on the season 5, from 04.11.15-10.04.16 was collected via ‘VOD replay’ of total of 21 episodes and it was analyzed using ‘qualitative analysis of details’. As a result of the study, the evaluation must have reflection and flexibility if the evaluation is to have understandability. The teacher s subjective decision through this evaluation process must fully understand child s degree of development, and from this, the child will be able to gain positive development through appropriate support.
