The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between kindergarten teacher s creativity and ego-state. Subjects of the study are 300 kindergarten teachers from the nation wide. Data were gathered by questionnaire methods and analyzed for correlation, multiple regression prediction using SPSS 18.0. Results of the study are as follows: First, kindergarten teacher s creativity and ego-state are considerably correlated. Second, the most powerful predictive factor for kindergarten teacher s creativity is FC(Free Child ego-state). Third, kindergarten teacher s AC(Adapted Child ego-state) is negative predictive factor for kindergarten teacher s creativity. Fourth, kindergarten teacher s A(Adult ego-state) is considerable predictive factor for kindergarten teacher s creativity. Fifth, kindergarten teacher s NP(Nurturing Parent ego-state) is comparative predictive factor for kindergarten teacher s creativity. Sixth, kindergarten teacher s CP(Critical Parent ego-state) is not predictable for kindergarten teacher s creativity.
