본 연구는 우리나라 유아교육에 대한 보편적인 입장을 담고 있는 국가고시 유치원 교육과정을 분석함으로써 시대적 요구에 맞춰 개정된 국가고시 유치원 교육과정에 나타난 유아 인권 관련 교육내용은 어떠한가를 알아보는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구 대상은 제1차 유치원 교육과정부터 현행 2007년 개정 유치원 교육과정까지이며, 분석 준거는 기본적 권리, 평등의 권리, 자유의 권리, 경제적 권리, 정치적 권리, 사회적 권리의 6개 범주와 범주별 하위 내용이다. 국가고시 유치원 교육과정에 나타난 유아 인권 관련 교육내용은 모든 국가고시 유치원 교육과정에서 나타났으며 제5차 교육과정 이후에 나타난 빈도가 큰 폭으로 증가하였으며 내용에 있어서도 큰 변화가 나타났다.
The purpose of the following research is to recognize the children s human rights related national education of kindergartens that are revised by the demands of the times, through analyzing the universal contents of the national curriculum of kindergartens. The subject of this research is the national curriculums of the kindergartens which the country decides and maintains, examining the 1st kindergarten curriculum to the present 2007 revised curriculum. The analytical criteria of the children human rights education contents were divided to 6 criteria and were constructed each according to its criteria and they are as following, ‘Basic rights’, ‘rights of equality’, ‘rights of freedom’, ‘economic rights’, ‘political rights’ and ‘social rights.’ The children’s human rights related education contents appeared in the all of the national course of study. Also after the 5th course of study, the frequency of the children’s human rights education contents was increased by a significant amount and there were changes in the content.
