Worldwide, future talent capabilities that could lead the 21st century s future era are starting to require the ability to detect and resolve creative problems based on computing thinking. Computing Thought (CT) is the ability to simplify and logically solve complex problems by using computer science thinking, and in recent years, creative problem-solving skills and logical thinking skills are enhanced in Korea. Problem-based learning (PBL) is drawing attention as an educational method to develop learning skills suitable for this changing society. Problem-centric learning is an educational way to create structured problems on their own in unstructured problems and improve learning skills in the process of solving them. The survey for measuring the awareness and effectiveness for computing thinking was conducted before and after program education and the survey for measuring the effectiveness of PBL-based programming education was conducted after the program education. In this study, we analyzed the effectiveness of problem-based learning based programming education by developing and applying a problem-based learning education model to design and survey tools to enhance computing thinking power.
