사회적 기업의 이윤추구는 기업의 목적이 아니다. 사회적 기업의 수익은 대부분이 사회의 취약계층을 위해 사용된다. 현재 우리나라의 사회적 기업은 선진국의 사회적 기업을 모방을 통하여 사회적 취약계층을 지원하는 방안이다. 한국의 사회적 기업은 매출의 순이익보다 정부의 지원금과 기타 수입원을 통하여 순익을 만들려고 하고 있다. 이러한 문제점은 사회적 기업의 본질에서 벗어나고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 정부가 정한 사회적 기업의 지원요인을 정확하게 파악하기 위하여, 다양한 사회적 기업의 지원 요인을 크게 4가지 요인으로 정리하였다. 대부분의 사회적 기업의 성과연구가 경제적성과의 측정에 집중하고 있으며, 경제적성과는 경제적 목표나 성과에 의해 측정되고 있다. 최근의 연구에서 다양하게 사회적성과를 측정하는 노력이 있다. 본 연구에서는 사회적 기업의 지원요인(경영, 재정, 사업, 인적)이 사회적성과와 기업성과에 영향을 미치는 것을 파악할 것이다. 연구의 목적은 사회적 기업의 지원요인이 사회적성과를 매개로 기업성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 연구하는 것이다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 사회적 기업지원이 사회적 성과에 유의하다는 가설 H1은 채택되었다. 사회적기업의 지원요인(경영지원, 재정지원, 인적지원, 사업지원)이 사회적 성과에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 가설 H2는 부분채택되었다. 사회적기업의 지원요인 중에서 경영지원과 사업지원은 기업성과에 유의한 영향을 미쳤으나 재정지원과 인적지원은 유의한 영향을 미치지 못하였다. 가설 H3은 채택되었다. 사회적성과는 기업성과에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다.
Pursuit of profit by social enterprises is not a corporate purpose. The profits of social enterprises are mostly used for the vulnerable classes of society. At present, Korean social enterprises are a way to support the socially vulnerable people by imitating social enterprises in developed countries. Korean social net profit of sales. In this study, to grasp the support factors of the social enterprise designated by the government, the support factors of various social enterprises are summarized as four factors. Most performance research of social enterprise are focused on measuring economic performance, and economic performance is measured by economic goals or performance. Recent studies have tried to measure various social performance. In this study, we will identify social performance among social enterprises. and corporate performance and factors of social enterprises support(business, finance, business, human). The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of social enterprise support factors on corporate performance through social performance. The result of the research is as follows. Hypothesis 1 is accepted. Social enterprise support factors(Management Support, Financial Support, Human Support, Business Support) have a significantly effect on social performance. Hypothesis 2 is partially supported. Management support and business support have not a significantly effect on corporate performance. However, financial support and human support have a significantly effect on corporate performance among factors of social enterprise support. Hypothesis 3 is accepted. Social performance has a significantly effect on corporate performance.
