In today s a time of rapid changes and uncertain environment, leaders engage in actions that involve change. Leaders play various influences on their members to achieve organizational goals. In this regard, university professors have influencing on students in teaching and educating. Professors have a variety of effects on students and student also be affected by the professor s type of leadership. Hence, this study presupposes the importance of satisfaction with university, academy, professor, which are regarded as students achievements. In order to enhance the factors of satisfaction, we investigated and identified the role of charisma, inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation, and individualized consideration, which are components of transformational leadership. From results, it was found that the four components of transformational leadership have their own detailed differences. Thus, we conclude that each of the component had a discriminating influence on the students satisfaction with academy, professor, and university. This research focused on identifying the various roles of leadership needed for professors.
