본 연구는 학생의 위기문제를 개입한 교사들의 경험을 구체적으로 살펴봄으로써 효과적인 학생 위기개입을 위한 기초자료를 제공하고자 수행되었다. 본 연구에서는 11명의 고등학교 교사를 대상으로 Krippendorff의 내용분석 방법을 사용하여 분석하였다. 분석결과 학생의 위 기문제를 개입한 교사들의 경험은 4가지 차원, 22개의 범주, 64개의 의미단위로 분류되었다. 교사가 학생의 위기문제를 개입하면서 경험한 4가지 차원은 위기문제 접촉 , ,위기개입 과정 , 위기개입 체계 , ,위기개입 교육’ 으로 구분되어 각각 교사들이 위기문제를 개입하면서 경험 한 어려운 점과 보완점으로 구분할 수 있었다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 고등학교 교사들이 학생의 위기문제를 개입할 때 필요한 시사점 및 연구의 한계집을 논의하였다.
This study was carried out to provide basic data for effective intervention of student crisis by taking a closer look at the experience of teachers involved in student crisis problems. In this study, 11 high school teachers were analyzed using Krippendorff s content analysis method. The results of the analysis is that the teachers experiences of students crisis problems were classified into 4 dimensions, 22 categories and 64 semantic units. The four dimensions of teachers involvement in the student crisis were classified as crisis problem contact , crisis intervention process , crisis intervention system , crisis intervention education . Teachers could identify difficulties and supplement points by intervening crisis problems. Based on the results of this study, we discussed implications and limitations of the research for high school teachers to intervene in students crisis.
