이 연구의 목적은「지속가능발전지향 창의인성 프로그램」을 적용하고, 이러한 경험이 유아의 환경감수성과 생명존중인식에 미치는 영향을 분석해봄으로써 프로그램의 효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 이 연구에서는 충청북도에 위치한 유치원의 만5세 유아 40명(실험집단 20명, 통제집단 20명)을 연구대상으로 선정하였고, 실험집단에는 8주 동안 총 16회에 걸쳐「지속가능발전지향 창의인성 프로그램」을 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 공분산분석(ANCOVA)을 통해 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째,「지속가능발전지향 창의인성 프로그램」은 유아의 환경감수성 향상에 긍정적인 효과가 있었다. 둘째,「지속가능발전지향 창의인성 프로그램」은 유아의 생명존중인식 향상에 긍정적인 효과가 있었다.「지속가능발전지향 창의인성 프로그램」은 유아의 환경감수성과 생명존중인식을 증진시킬 수 있는 창의인성 교육 방안으로서 교육 현장에서의 적용이 기대된다.
The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of Sustainable Development-oriented Creativity Character Education Program on young children s environmental sensitivity and respectful recognition of life. A total 40 children (20 children in the experimental group and, 20 children in the control group) enrolled in a kindergarten in Chungcheongbuk-do participated. Sustainable Development-oriented Creativity Character Education Program was conducted 16 times for 8 weeks on the experimental group. The collected data were analyzed by analysis of covariate(ANCOVA). The result of this study were as follows: First, Sustainable Development-oriented Creativity Character Education Program positively influenced young children s environmental sensitivity. Second, Sustainable Development-oriented Creativity Character Education Program positively influenced young children s respectful recognition of life. Considering the results of this study, Sustainable Development-oriented Creativity Character Education Program can positively contribute to the creative character education enhancing environmental sensitivity and respectful recognition of life of young children s at education settings.
