Nowadays, the lighting design of the terrestrial TV music broadcasting in KBS expresses the color and the form suitable for the music based on the sensitivity of the person listening to the music to be broadcasted by the lighting director. and lighting simulation system and media server are used as tools for creating lighting design in TV music broadcasting. This system is a system universally used in most programs produced in the TV open hall, which are used to enhance resource usability thanks to its high usability and efficiency. The purposes of operating such system in the program production field are as follows: Firstly, regular programs are organized in TV open hall every week. Production must be made within a limited time while keeping quality of the program. To do this, it is necessary to create a suitable lighting queue for music in a virtual space. Secondly, TV music broadcasting is aired together with music, an auditory factor and the image, a visual factor. Music and color have common factors stimulating human emotion and having been affected by synesthesia in the cognitive process. Therefore, the harmony between visual and auditory sensors is important, and the factors must be satisfied in the lighting design to enhance satisfaction of viewers. Therefore, this study proposes a lighting design process using lighting simulation system in TV music broadcasting.
