‘지식재산일반’ 교과는 2015 개정 교육과정에서 고등학교 생활·교양 영역의 기술·가정 교과(군)의 진로 선택 교과로서 최초로 신설되었다. 본 연구의 목적은 역량 중심의 ‘지식재산일반’ 교과의 교원연수 프로그램을 교육과정의 성취기준에 의거하여 개발·운영 한 후 그 효과성을 측정하여 교원연수 프로그램 개발 및 운영을 위한 시사점을 도출하는 것이다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 연수생의 요구 반영, 교육현장의 실천성을 고려한 교육내용 편성, 흥미와 참여 중심의 연수 운영, 강사진의 다양화 등의 기존 교원연수의 문제점과 개선방안을 분석하여 교원연수 프로그램 개발과 운영에 반영하였다. 연수 프로그램의 효과성 분석을 위하여 교과 관련성 인식 및 교육내용의 중요도와 수행도 인식에 대한 사전-사후 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 중요도-수행도 분석(IPA)을 통해 연수 효과와 변화를 확인하였다. 이에 따른 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째 연수의 사전-사후 검사에서 교과 관련성 인식 변화는 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 없었다. 둘째, 교육내용에 대한 중요도 인식과 변화를 분석한 결과, 연수생들은 ‘지식재산일반’ 교과의 전체 교육내용에 대하여 중요하다고 인식하고 있었으며, 연수 이후에도 그 중요성에 대한 인식은 변하지 않았다. 셋째, 교육내용에 대한 수행도 인식과 변화를 분석한 결과, 수행도 인식은 통계적으로 유의한 수준에서 향상되었다. 넷째, 연수생별 사전-사후 중요도-수행도 분석(IPA) 결과, 연수생들의 변화 유형은 이상적인 효과 유형, 약한 효과 유형, 좌절 유형, 불성실형 등의 네 가지 유형으로 분류할 수 있었다. 후속 연구로서 ‘지식재산일반’ 교과 담당교사의 역량모델 개발, 체계적인 교수·학습 지원체제 구축, 교원연수 프로그램 운영의 질(質)관리 체계 구축 등이 제안되었다.
The purpose of this study was to develop and implement a teacher training program to operate a competency based ‘Introduction to Intellectual Property’ curriculum and to verify the effectiveness of the training program. In order to accomplish the purpose of the study, we developed a teacher training program according to the process of ADDIE model of Instructional Systems Design based on the results of previous studies, in which they suggest to analyze the needs of teachers participating in the training, to organize the contents of training program considering the feasibility in the real teaching-learning fields, to operate the interesting and participatory program, and to consider the organization of teacher trainers. Questionnaires were conducted on the perception of subject relevance and perception of the importance and performance of the educational contents before and after the training. Through the importance - performance analysis (IPA), the research was able to confirm the effect and change of the training. The results of the study are as follows. First, there was no statistically significant difference in the perception of subject relevance in the pre - post test of the training. Second, as a result of analyzing the perception and change of the importance of educational contents, the trainees, who participated in the training recognized the importance of the whole educational contents of the ‘Introduction to Intellectual Property’, and the perception of importance was not changed after the training. Third, as a result of analyzing perceptions and changes in performance, performance was improved at a statistically significant level. Fourth, as a result of the pre - post test of importance - performance analysis of the trainees, the type of change of teachers participating in the training could be classified into four types such as ideal effect type, weak effect type, frustration type, and insincerity type. Based on the results of the study, the follow-up researches include the development of the teacher training program based on the teaching competency of the teacher in charge of the ‘Introduction to Intellectual Property’ curriculum, the establishment of systematic teaching and learning support system, and the construction of quality management of the teacher training program.
