This research are composed of a structural analysis of teachers’ perceived factors for anti-corruption policy in the first year and structural analysis of parents’ perceived factors for teachers’ anti-corruption policy in the second year. In the teacher-focused research, the research presents a structural equation model of relationships between six anti-corruption factors, one anti-corruption perception factor, two anti-corruption behavior factors, two anti-corruption teacher effectiveness factors(Teacher Integrity effectiveness) and two anti-corruption school effectiveness(School Integrity effectiveness) factors. The structural equation modeling with AMOS was used to test a theoretical model with one sample that was comprised of 1108 elementary school teachers in Kyungsangnam-Do, Korea. To analyze the model, this study addresses multiple mediating roles of anti-corruption issues with respect to teachers’ perceptions of educational anti-corruption patterns. After reviewing past research and using factor analysis, this research confirms the existence of thirteen latent variables in teachers‘ perception. The model developed has various validity, and scale reliability. Finally, modeling techniques shows that the parameter estimates developed from the sample. In the model test, the final model fit was acceptable in considering almost model fit indices. Research results and implications for future research are discussed.
