This study verified the inner path to determine the mediation effects of technology-self efficacy, which influenced the T-PACK (Technology-Pedagogy and contents knowledge) of integrated education teachers, In addition, the moderation effects of teachers’classification(general teacher/special teacher) and gender were verified. To perform this study, T-PACK was measured on 182 integrated education teachers. The results of this study are as follows: First, the T-PACK inner path of the integrated education teacher is influenced by PK through TK and T-SE, and CK through T-SE; Second, the T-PACK inner path model of integrated education teachers has the mediation effect of teachers’classification(special teacher/general teacher) and gender. The results of this study may be useful in establishing a strategy for improving the T-PACK of integrated education teachers. Based on these finding(results), some discussions and suggestions were offered.
