The research was conducted in order to produce a basic concept on the teacher of young children for music drama. For the proper results three major concerning points were discussed such as the level of recognition for music drama, the music drama in class and the necessity of special training of teachers for music drama. Those points were considered by the backgrounds of teachers with differences of the kinds of child care center, education and major field and career for education. This research was performed by questionary paper method with 230 teachers of child care center in Daejeon city, Korea. The questionary results were analyzed using SPSS 13.0 program by Chi-square method. Conclusionly, the teacher of child care center who teach the music drama in class should be understood the developmental stage of child and made a steady effort for good teachership, also investigated the effect of music drama
