The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of career decision making style and career decision self - efficacy on career attitude maturity of nursing students. A total of 226 students were analyzed for the 4th graders attending two nursing colleges in Daegu and Kyungbuk provinces. The data collection period was April 03, 2017 to April 30, 2017, and data were collected using structured questionnaires. Technical data, Pearson correlation coefficient, and hierarchical multiple regression analysis were used for data analysis. As a result of analysis, rational type and dependent type showed a significant positive correlation with career decision self - efficacy, and career attitude maturity showed a positive correlation with career decision self - efficacy. In order to have a mature career attitude in preparation of career of nursing college students based on these research results, it is necessary not only to develop and apply career development program through career guidance and counseling according to career decision type, And to utilize it as basic data for personalized career counseling and search suitable for efficacy.
