본 연구는 간호대학생의 진로의사결정 유형과 진로결정 자기효능감이 진로태도 성숙도에 미치는 영향을 확인하기 위하여 시행된 서술적 조사연구이다. 대구와 경북 지역의 2개 간호대학에 재학 중인 4학년을 대상으로 226명의 자료를 분석하였으며, 자료수집 기간은 2017년 04월 03일부터 04월 30일까지로 구조화 된 설문지를 이용하여 자료를 수집하였다. 자료 분석을 위해 기술적 통계, Pearson 상관계수 및 위계적 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과, 진료의사결정 유형 중 합리형과 의존형은 진로결정 자기효능감과 유의한 양의 상관관계를 나타냈고, 진로태도 성숙도는 진로결정 자기효능감과 유의한 양의 상관관계를 나타내었다. 이러한 연구결과를 토대로 간호대학생의 진로준비에 있어 성숙한 진로태도를 갖추기 위해서는 진로의사결정 유형에 따른 진로지도 및 상담을 통한 진로발달 프로그램의 개발 및 적용을 해야할 뿐만 아니라 추후 학생의 진로의사결정 유형과 자기효능감에 적합한 맞춤형 진로상담 및 탐색을 위한 기초자료로 활용하고자 한다.
The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of career decision making style and career decision self - efficacy on career attitude maturity of nursing students. A total of 226 students were analyzed for the 4th graders attending two nursing colleges in Daegu and Kyungbuk provinces. The data collection period was April 03, 2017 to April 30, 2017, and data were collected using structured questionnaires. Technical data, Pearson correlation coefficient, and hierarchical multiple regression analysis were used for data analysis. As a result of analysis, rational type and dependent type showed a significant positive correlation with career decision self - efficacy, and career attitude maturity showed a positive correlation with career decision self - efficacy. In order to have a mature career attitude in preparation of career of nursing college students based on these research results, it is necessary not only to develop and apply career development program through career guidance and counseling according to career decision type, And to utilize it as basic data for personalized career counseling and search suitable for efficacy.
