The purpose of this study was to investigate the teachers’ experiences of school violence cases and their difficulties in the teachers voices, and to see if there is any institutional support for school violence teachers. For this purpose, five school violence teachers were selected and interviewed. The analysis results of interview data are as follows. First, in terms of job performance background and satisfaction, the research participants stated that they were tasked with several jobs at the convenience of the school. He was not satisfied with his role, but was aware that he had his own professional expertise. Second, there was both positive and negative perception of the effectiveness of case processing. In particular, when revising the Act on the Prevention and Countermeasures against School Violence”, there was an opinion that it would be helpful to improve the students practical relationship by reflecting the part about the recovery education. Third, it was difficult to carry out the tasks such as the lack of the school violence task force, the school violence cases, the conflict with the members, and the personal stress that occurred during the process of the case.
