문서작성 능력은 직업기초능력으로서 원활한 업무수행과 의사소통능력 향상을 위해 필수적으로 갖추어야 할 요건이라 할 수 있다. 따라서 학생들이 산업현장에 대한 이해를 바탕으로 상황과 목적에 맞는 문서를 작성하고, 업무를 체계적으로 수행하는 능력을 배양할 수 있도록 지도해야 할 것으로 본다. 또한 화법에 대한 이론적, 실제적 접근을 통해 말하기뿐만 아니라 경청하는 자세, 타인에 대한 배려, 갈등조정 방법 등 인간에 대한 이해와 관계 형성의 중요성을 체득할 수 있는 기회를 제공하는 것이 필요하다 하겠다. 특히 학생들이 지원하고자 하는 직무를 구체적으로 분석하고 이에 적합한 의사 소통의 원리 및 요소를 교육내용에 포함하여 취업에 실질적인 도움을 줄 수 있어야 할 것이다. 이에 본고에서는 기획서 작성 수업사례를 중심으로 학생들이 창의적인 아이디어를 마련하여 이를 기획서, ppt 자료로 작성하고 최종적으로 프레젠테이션하는 과정을 실습해 봄으로써 문서작성능력과 자신의 생각을 설득력 있게 전달하는 표현력을 강화할 수 있는 방안을 찾아보았다. 이는 학생들이 취업역량을 강화하고, 예비 사회인으로서의 소양을 갖추도록 하는 데 기여할 것으로 본다.
The ability to compose a document is a basic requirement for a job, which is a necessary requirement for smooth performance and communication. Therefore, students should be taught to develop the ability to create documents that suit situations and objectives based on their understanding of industrial sites and to perform their work systematically. In addition, it is necessary to provide opportunities to learn the importance of understanding and relation formation of human such as listening attitude, consideration for others, conflict adjustment method as well as speaking through theoretical and practical approach to speech. In particular, it is necessary to analyze specifically the tasks that the students want to support, and to incorporate the principles and elements of communication that are appropriate for them in the contents of education, and to be able to provide practical help for employment. In this paper, I looked for a way that students will prepare creative ideas based on the lesson plans, write them as ppt materials, and practice them in the final presentation, so that they can improve their ability to write documents and express their thoughts convincingly. This is expected to contribute to strengthening the students employment capability and to be equipped knowledge as a preliminary society person.
