사람은 활동을 하는 사이 소리를 만들어 낸다. 이렇게 만들어진 소리는 인공적인 소리이고 이 소리는 자신에게나, 주변의 사람에게는 상황을 알라는 정보가 될 수 있다. 하지만 아무런 기준과 규칙성 없이 만들어진 소리들이 모이게 되면, 소리와 상관없는 사람에게 듣기 싫음을 유발하는 소음이 된다. 서울시 종로구에는 북촌 이라는 한옥마을이 있다. 이곳에는 한국인을 비롯해 전 세계 관광객이 한국 고유의 오래된 아름다움을 감상하고, 한옥마을이 갖는 고전의 안락함을 느끼기 위해 찾는다. 관광명소이고, 이곳은 관광지이기도 하지만, 사람들이 살고 있는 곳이기도 하다. 이러한 상황에서 관광 객이 만드는 소리는 생활을 하고 있는 주민들에게는 불편함을 유발하게 된다. 본 연구에서는 관광객이 많이 다니는 시간대를 포함한 한옥마을의 소음을 측정하고 그 성분과 크기를 분석하여 특성을 판단하였다. 공간에 대한 음향 특성을 고려하여 한옥 마을의 소음의 영향을 살펴보았고, 지속시간과 소음의 성분에 대한 분석을 통하여 소음의 영향을 평가하였다.
People make sounds while they are active. This sound is an artificial sound, and this sound can be the information to know the situation to oneself and people around. However, if there is no regularity and condition , it will be a noise that causes people who do care about sound to unlike to hear. There is a Hanok Village in Bukchon in Jongno-gu, Seoul. That are where Koreans and other tourists come to appreciate the old beauty of Korea and feel the comfort of classical Hanok village. It is a sightseeing spot, which is also a tourist spot. In this situation, the sound produced by the tourists causes inconvenience to the residents living. In this study, the noise of Hanok Village was measured, and the characteristics and characteristics of the noise were analyzed. The influence of the noise in the Hanok Village was examined considering the acoustic characteristics of the space, and the influence of the noise was evaluated by analyzing the duration and the components of the noise.
