The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of the Collage- applied Group Art Therapy on the Career identity and Career decision level for university students. Among the first-to-third grade students at B University in A city, 18 students who were less than 50% of Career identity and Career decision level comprised nine experimental groups and nine control groups. The program of Collage-applied Group Art Therapy was conducted once a week for 100 minutes, a total of 10 meetings, from June 29th to August 31st, 2016. The measurement inventories were Career identity scale and Career decision level scale. The results were then analyzed through nonparametric verification using the SPSS 22.0 program. Findings obtained from this research are as follows. First, Collage-applied Group Art Therapy shows a statistically significant improvement effect on the Career identity scores only for the experimental group and the effect was maintained at least until after 4 weeks. Second, Collage-applied Group Art Therapy shows a statistically significant improvement effect on the Career decision level scores only for the experimental group and the effect was maintained at least until after 4 weeks. Thus, it was verified through this study that Collage-applied Group Art Therapy for the university students was effective in improving the level of Career identity and Career decision level.
