본 연구는 간호대학생의 임상실습스트레스, 의사소통능력 및 눈치가 임상수행능력에 미치는 영향요인을 파악하여 기초자료를 제공하기 위하여 시행되었다. 자료수집은 2018년 4월 1일부터 5월 30일까지 부산에 소재한 일개 대학교 간호학과 학생 132명을 대상으로 하였으며, 연구목적을 알고 연구에 참여할 것을 설명하여 연구에 동의한 학생들을 대상으로 자가 보고식 설문지를 작성하여 진행하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS Ver. 21을 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과 간호대학생의 임상수행능력에 영향을 주는 요인은 의사소통능력(β=.63), 임상실습 스트레스(β=.53)순이었다. 이러한 변수들은 간호대학생의 임상수행능력에 59% 설명하는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 간호대학생의 임상수행능력과 임상실습 스트레스, 의사소통능력, 눈치와의 관계를 파악해봄으로서, 간호대학생의 임상수행능력을 향상시키기 위하여 의사소통능력을 강화시키고 임상실습 스트레스를 줄여 임상 적응력을 높이기 위한 프로그램 개발 및 적용이 필요할 것이다.
The reserch was aimed to investigate n was to identify the factors affecting the clinical performance of nursing students and to provide basic data for educational program development. Data collection was conducted from April 1, 2018 to May 30, 2018, in 132 students of a nursing student at a university in Busan. The results were as follows: communication ability (β = .63) and clinical practice stress (β = .53) were the factors influencing the clinical performance of nursing students. These variables account for 59% of the clinical performance of nursing students. Therefore by understanding the relationship between the clinical performance of nursing college students and clinical practice stress, communication ability, and noticing, it is necessary to enhance communication ability, nursing stress, It will be necessary to develop and apply the program.
