The purpose of this study was to investigate the changes of oral environment through dental hygiene intervention in the management of dental hygiene for general adults, and 26 subjects who received the dental hygiene management process from September to December 2017 were selected as the final study subjects. As an intervention method, oral toothbrushing method and periodontal cleansing were carried out in the process of evaluating the oral environment of the subject by evaluating the dental hygiene - judgment - planning - performing – evaluation.\nThe general characteristics of the subjects were 73.1% for males and 80.8% for females under 29 years of age, and 73.1% were single males. In oral health characteristics, oral health practice scores showed higher oral health practice scores. The O leary index of the subjects was significantly increased after gynecological intervention compared with before gynecological intervention. Age and marital status were statistically significant after the control, and in the oral health behavior, both sex, age, and marital status were statistically significant. There was a negative correlation between oral health practice and oral health concern in terms of oral health concern, subjective gum health status, oral health knowledge acquisition path, periodic removal of calculus, oral health knowledge, and oral health practice.
