The purpose of this study is to analyze the personality type of the insurance accident investigator using Ayurvedic type and to investigate the reason for the new employee s turnover and to find out the correlation between individual personality type and turnover rate.\nThe subjects of this study were 85 new recruits of H company specializing in the insurance accident investigation in the S region from 2012 to 2017. For them we firstly examined the Ayurvedic personality type and then evaluated the job satisfaction of the 25 who left jobs among the 85 persons. We conducted the frequency analysis, one way ANOVA result, and post analysis in this study with the SPSS (Static Package for the Social Science) WIN 21.0 Program. The results of this study are as follows: by the Ayurvedic personality type, 12 Vāta-type (48%), 8 Pitta-type (32%), and 5 Kapha-type (20%); by the type of leaving job, 16 cases (64%) of wage level, 4 cases (16%) of job performance, and 3 cases (12%) of stress; by working period, 12 persons (48%) were within one year and 8 (32%) within 2 years. In addition, job satisfaction of the persons out of work was the highest at 4.28 with peers and the lowest at 2.28 with wages. In this study, we empirically tested that the Vāta-types among the Ayurveda personality types were 12 persons (48%) and had a significant effect on turnover rate.
