This study was to accomplish to provide basic materials for the purpose of the English education amelioration of schools for the visual impairments by means of investigation, the satisfaction degree, the English education of the visual impairments in middle schools. It was through the survey on the acknowledgement to English of the 12 middle school students who attend the visual impairments schools all over the country, curriculums, English teachers, English classes, the satisfaction degree on the English education surroundings and the demands for the improvement of schools' English education. It was done through the questionnaires according to sexes, grades, handicap levels, the handicaps' offspring which belongs to backgrounds.
The summary is as follows. First, in the area of the students with visual impairments acknowledgement on English, the students with visual impairments in the middle schools are higher than the students with low visions. Second, in the area of the satisfaction degree on English curriculums, the students with visual impairments are higher than the students with low visions. Third, in the area of the satisfaction degree of the students with visual impairments in middle schools, the students with low visions are higher than the students with visual impairments. Fourth, in the area of the satisfaction degree on the effect of English class of the students with visual impairments, lower grades are higher than upper grades, satisfaction degree on the effect of school English, students in lower grade are higher than higher grade. Fifth, in the area of the students with visual impairments in middle schools, the class method of not boring and interesting is the best of all the methods, next is the method of the development of various and interesting aid materials, text materials, the enlargement of the facilities and materials of laboratories. Along with these, the items which needs subsequent studies are suggested in the suggestion.
