Recently, the development of wireless internet and the expansion of smart devices with the rapid changes of information technology have had a great impact on many aspects of our society. Its influence has spread rapidly to the education field in Korea. Previous research on smart learning has shown a wide range of researches ranging from research using smart technologies such as smart phones and smart pads in education to technology and system development related to smart education environments.\nParticipants in this study were Korean college students who had experiences of using smart learning service in online education. Based on the previous studies, the research model was established using mobility, interactivity, immediacy, reality, and cooperation as key factors of smart learning services, and with their influence on learning attitude and academic achievement. The summary of research findings is as follows. First, mobility has no significant impact on leaning attitude. Second, interactivity has a significant effect on leaning attitude. Third, immediacy has a significant influence on learning attitude. Fourth, reality has no significant impact on leaning attitude. Fifth, cooperation has a significant influence on leaning attitude. Sixth, leaning attitude has a statistically significant and positive effect on academic achievement. This empirical study showed that communication related factors such as immediacy, interactivity, cooperation have positive influence on learning attitude and achievement. The result may contribute to the area by suggesting guidelines of developing smart learning training program for teachers in Korea.
