본 연구는 간호대학생의 외모만족도, 자기효능감, 취업준비도, 취업스트레스와의 관계를 파악하여 파악하고자 시도되었다. S에 있는 4년제 대학에 다니는 학생을 대상으로 하여 2018년 4월부터 한 달간 조사하여 195부의 설문지가 분석에 사용되었으며 평균, 표준편차, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe’s test, Pearson’ correlation coefficients, multiple regression를 SPSS WIN 20.0을 통해 분석하였다. 연구대상자의 대상자의 외모만족도, 자기효능감, 취업준비도, 취업스트레스와의 상관관계를 분석한 결과, 외모만족도와 자기효능감(r=.209, p<.01), 외모만족도와 취업준비도(r=.196, p<.01), 취업준비도와 자기효능감(r=.303, p<.001)은 유의한 양의 상관관계를 나타내었고, 외모만족도와 취업스트레스(r=-.167, p<.05), 자기효능감과 취업스트레스(r=-.318, p<.001)는 유의한 음의 상관관계를 나타내었다. 또한 대상자의 취업스트레스에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 회귀분석을 실시한 결과 모형 설명력은 25%였고, 자기효능감(β=-.407, p<.001)으로 나타났으며, 외모만족도, 취업준비도는 취업스트레스에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구를 통해 간호대학생의 취업스트레스를 줄이기 위해서 외모만족도와 자기효능감을 높일 수 있는 프로그램 개발이 이루어져야 한다.
The Purpose of this study was to investigate appearance satisfaction, self efficacy, readiness for employment, employment stress, and identify the influencing factors on employment stress of nursing students. The data was collected using questionnaires from 195 university students who were 1 universities in Jeollanam-do, November 2018. Data ware analyzed by using SPSS Win 20.0. There was a significant positive correlation between appearance satisfaction and self efficacy(r=.209, p<.01) and appearance satisfaction and readiness for employment(r=.196, p<.01) and readiness for employment self efficacy(r=.303, p<.001), negative correlation were found between employment stress and appearance satisfaction(r=-.167, p<.05) and employment stress and self efficacy(r=-.318, p<.001). As a regression analysis, factors that effect on employment stress were self efficacy. Theses factors explain 25.0% of the variance in employment stress. Therefore, to decrease employment stress and to increases appearance satisfaction and self efficacy of nursing students, it is necessary to develop the program for improving the employment stress of nursing students.
