경제적 성장으로 인해 사람들의 기본적인 생활에 여유가 생기고 그에 따라 정신적인 면에서도 만족을 추구하게 되면서 오늘날의 숙박시설은 단지 하룻밤을 자기 위해서 들리는 단순한 숙박개념을 넘어 하나의 유희시설이자 관광시설로 진화 하였다. 그 결과 숙박시설은 형태적으로나 기능적으로 새로운 방향을 추구하게 되었고 현대에 와서는 다양한 특색을 지닌 숙박시설로 변화하였다. 본 연구에서는 프랙탈 기하학 이론의 특징을 알아보고 이를 숙박시설에 접목하여 기존에 존재하는 형태에서 벗어나 관광시설에 적합한 새로운 형태의 숙박시설을 디자인을 하고자 한다. 본 연구를 통해서 프랙탈 기하학의 이론과 개념에 대해 연구하고 그 개념을 토대로 프랙탈건축 형태에 나타나 있는 특징인 형태생성 알고리즘 4가지에 대해서 사례를 통해 더 자세히 조사해 어떠한 방식으로 디자인 되는지와 디자인된 형태에는 어떠한 이점이 있는지를 알아본다. 마지막으로 조사한 사례의 형태과정을 알고리즘을 직접 적용시켜 프랙탈 기하학의 장점을 집합시킨 숙박시설을 디자인하는 것을 목적으로 한다.
As the economy grows, people are able to enjoy basic life and pursue satisfaction from the spiritual side. Today, accommodation has evolved into a leisure facility and a sightseeing facility, beyond simple accommodation concept that is heard only for one night. As a result, accommodation has become a new direction in terms of form and function, and in the present time, it has changed into a lodging facility with various characteristics. In this study, we try to design a new type of accommodation suitable for tourism facilities by exploring the characteristics of fractal geometry theory and applying it to accommodation facilities. In this study, we study the theory and concept of fractal geometry and investigate the four types of shape generation algorithms that are characteristic of fractal architecture based on the concept. Find out if there is an advantage. Finally, it is aimed to design the accommodation which gathered the merits of fractal geometry by directly applying the algorithm of the shape process of the case investigated.
