The purpose of this study was to explore the factors related to leisure satisfaction between urban elderly using senior center and elderly welfare center. Data for this study was based on 2014 National Survey on Elderly. Using total of 1,813 urban elderly participants, this study found that there were differences in socioeconomic variables, leisure variables and social relationship variables between two groups of elderly. Leisure Satisfaction of elderly using senior center was lower than elderly using welfare center. While participation in volunteer activities, frequency of telephone contact with friends & neighbors were significantly related to leisure satisfaction of elderly using welfare center, major leisure activity-Television viewing, fraternal group participation, and number of close friends & neighbors were important factors for the leisure satisfaction of elderly using senior center. Participation in lifelong Learning had the strongest effect on leisure satisfaction for both elderly using senior center and elderly using elderly welfare center.
