이 연구는 장애 아동 그룹 음악치료가 기관에서 효과적으로 지속 가능하게 하는 원인이 무엇인지를 알아보기 위해 질적인 연구 방법으로 근거이론 접근법(grounded theory)을 활용하여 수행하였다. 이 연구는 W 교회에서 진행하는 장애 아동 그룹음악치료에 함께 참여했었던 기관의 관계자 4명과 부모 2명에게 장애 아동의 그룹음악치료가 장기적으로 지속되는 것에 대하여 인터뷰 한 후 그 내용을 범주화하였다. 또한 연구의 신뢰도를 높이기 위해 구성원 확인과 동료에게 보고하기의 과정을 포함한 삼각측량을 하였다. 이 연구에서 참여자들과의 인터뷰를 통해 얻은 데이터는 176개의 개념으로 도출되었으며 이것은 7개의 하위범주와 3개의 핵심범주로 조직되어졌다. 연구결과, 장애 아동의 그룹 음악치료가 장기적으로 지속되는데 있어서 성장, 성장을 이끄는 요인, 환경적 지원 등의 3가지로 나타났다.
The purpose of this study was to investigate the factor that makes the group music therapy for disabled children can effectively continue, and grounded theory was used for the investigation. Research data was collected and categorized by interviewing four persons from the group that join the group therapy sessions and two parents of clients. This study increased its reliability by triangulation including categorizing, member checking, and peer debriefing, after interviews. Sorting 117 sub-types and re-sorting them into 7 sub categories, this study achieved three core categories : growth, factor to facilitate the growth, and environmental support key words: grounded theory, group music therapy, disabled children
