Purpose: This study was conducted to explore methods of forming collaboration between parents and teachers of school-age children with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) to help the children adjust to school life without any trouble. Method: Focus group interviews were used to figure out difficulties in cooperation, which parents and teachers of ADHD children had experienced, and their ideas about how to develop cooperative relations between them. Participants were 9 mothers of school-age children with ADHD and 3 teachers who had taught ADHD children before. They were divided into 2 mother groups and 1 teacher group for the interviews. Results: It showed that mothers felt difficult to trust teachers for their children\'s teaching while teachers talked about lacks of communication and exhaustion of both teachers and parents as well as parents\' concerns about their children\'s social stigmatization/dropout. For future developments, mothers told that they needed to build the trust with teachers and change themselves. Teachers suggested to build the trust with parents and participate it proactively. Finally, the psychiatric social worker discussed on how to support both parents and teachers of ADHD children on the basis of the results.
