오늘날 우리는 수많은 스트레스에 대응해야 하는 환 경 속에 살고 있다. 이러한 상황은 회피할 수도, 맞서 싸울 수도 없다. 대부분의 경우 스트레스와 함께 살아갈 도리밖에 없으며, 그것은 점점 역기능화 되어 심리적이 고 생리적인 불균형을 야기 시켜 해를 끼치기도 한다. 특히, 스트레스는 개별화되어 있기 때문에 개인차가 심하다는 것이 일반적인 통설이다. 즉 동일한 환경 속 에서 동일한 양의 스트레스를 받더라도 이를 수용하는 각 개인의 내적 특성에 따라 느끼는 스트레스 강도는 차이가 있으며, 정서적으로 안정된 사람일수록 이를 잘 수용하여 실제 받는 스트레스에 비해 자신이 느끼는 강도는 적게 된다(권혁, 2006; 서철현, 배성화, 2009). 스트레스는 일상생활 전반에 걸친 문제이지만, 조직에 몸담고 있는 사람에게는 심각한 양상으로 대두되고
The purpose of this study was to examine the factors of job stressors and organizational efficiency of the sports instructor in elementary education system. For the purpose the hypotheoretical structure model was established by attaching importance to two factors of job stressors and the organizational efficiency in sports instructor. The statistical methods used for testing hypotheses were exploratory factor analysis and structural equation model. Results obtained through this procedure were as following. The job stressors of the sports instructors affects the job satisfaction and organizational commitment through the cohesiveness. It shows that the job stressors of optimum level like the confidence with colleagues and superiors. the exchange views can enhance the cohesiveness. With the strong cohesiveness, it can also enhance the organizational efficiency such as the job satisfaction and the organizational commitment.
