This study, as a part of an attempt to develop parents\' leadership in terms of habit, categorizes parents into 9 Enneagram types and explores what habits they wish to hand over to their children and what they do not.
As a method of this study, researchers got the inspection from 3 parent\'s relating experts for the propriety of the researches, after writing out the research paper. The research papers were distributed in Seoul, Gyung-gi, Chung-nam province, Where got the anneagram researches and, has easy accessibility for the researchers. Totally 250 papers were distributed. Responses were collected from 211 parents, but not from 39 parents. And only 177 from the 211 responses were valuable for the Analysis. In each type, the results were classified into 5 categories from the highest frequency to the lowest.
As a result, This study is considered to be providing basic data for researches on parental preference about desirable habits which they wish to hand over to their children.
Therefore, by specifying development strategies based on personality types, the study shows a direction of developing parental habit leadership.* Korea Young Leadership Center education consulting manager.
