본 연구는 우리나라에서 출간된 총 9권의 산업복지 개론서의 내용과 구성체계를 분석함으로써 향후 더욱 건설적인 개론서의 저술을 위한 방향을 고찰하는데 목적을 두었다. 산업복지 개론서의 분석결과, 통일된 기준 없이 저자의 관심과 성향에 따라 다양한 내용과 구성체계가 개론서들에 포함되었다. 하지만 급변하는 우리나라의 사회․경제․정치적 환경의 변화와 이에 따른 산업조직과 노동시장 그리고 노동환경의 변화에 대응하는 차원의 학문적 접근이 산업복지 개론서에 반영되어야 할 것이다.
This study is aiming at analyzing the context and structure of 19 books of \"Introduction to Industrial Social Welfare\" that have published from the beginning of 1980s to the end of 2000s in Korea. According to the result of the study, there was no unitary guidelines founded from the books. Instead, the context and structure of the books were based on the interest and disposition of the authors. It is necessary that more constructive approaches are applied in the writing process in order to meet the challenges occurred in the industrial organization, labor markets and labor environments due to the tremendous changes of socio-economic environments in Korea.
