The aging society is a cosmopolitan phenomena, Which happens in Korea as well. The rapid progression of the aging society brings out the number of problems of elders such as old-age health problem, rules, and social estrangement. This study was designed to explore old-age care service and health promotion related protection cognitive, and establish a predictive model for old-age aging care service and disease prevention behavior for the elderly in korea. The sample for study was ninety eight, which were randomly selected from the community using stratified. Subjects were interviewed with demand on explanation, structured questionnaire by Answer. Date were collected from January 8 to January 22, 2007. Descriptive statistic, and sample and frequency analysis, cross-tab, and, regression. by using SPSS Win 12.00. program. Result of study were as follows. almost percent of the elderly subject a does not know aging care service program, on necessity publicity activities. In explaining factors affecting aging care service, health promotion activities among the elderly,(ADL IADL)as personal characteristics aging health control as factors contributing to predict health care service promotion. finally, we are improved for aging health care program service prevention, and for aging care health protection program, and do have a social integration with local service demands Key wards : to improved aging care service, ADL, IADL, policy decision making operation program.
