This study aims at examining university students\' creative personality and the effects of immersion on it in terms of motivation related to the creative personality. In order to achieve the purposes, it explored related theories and conducted a survey of creative personality and immersion tests subject to 436 university students. It conducted Correlation Analysis and Simple Linear Regression by measuring sub-factors of creative personality and five sub-factors of immersion. As a result, creative personality and immersion have higher correlation with strong power of explanation. As a result of analyzing the connection between sub-factors of creative personality and immersion, among the sub-factors of creative personality and five sub-factors of immersion, there was a significant result in adventurous spirit and taking a risk, which are the sub-factors of creative personality, and concentration on learning tasks, harmony of capacity on challenges, and connection with clear learning goals, which are the sub-factors of immersion. In addition, there was a significant result in connection between the two sub-factors of creative personality including sense of humor and relation with self-conviction and sub-factors of immersion including concentrated learning activities and cognition on learning tasks, and harmony of clear goals, challenges, and capacity. Such research results show that university students have clear consciousness of achieving goals and enjoy challenges without fear in improving new assignments with distinctive will to concentrate on learning activities. The result provides educational implications in university students\' creative exploration activities and career counseling.
