본 연구는 노인의 생활만족도에 영향을 미치는 생태체계요인들과의 관계를 경북 영주지역에 거주하는 60세 이상 재가노인 195명을 임의 선정하여 조사하였다. 첫째, 노인들은 자신의 노후생활에 대해서 크게 만족하지 못하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 개인체계 요인에 따른 노인의 생활만족도 차이에서 만성질환 유무 등 여러 요인에서 유의미한 차이가 나타났다. 셋째, 미시체계 요인에 따른 만족도 차이에서 배우자의 지지 등에서 유의미한 차이가 나타났다. 넷째, 사회환경체계 요인에서는 사회활동 참여정도 등에서 유의미한 차이를 보였다. 다섯째, 생태체계적 관점에서 미시체계 변인군이 노인의 생활만족도를 가장 잘 설명하는 것으로 나타났다. 각 변인 간 영향력 차이는 가족관계가 가장 크고, 자아존중감, 배우자의 지지 순으로 나타났다.
This research investigated the relationship with the ecosystem factors that influence on the life satisfaction of the elderly. The research selected 195 persons of the elderly at home who are older than 60 years and live in the region of Yeongju, GyeongSangbuk-Do. It showed that generally the elderly are not so satisfied with their later lives. A significant difference in life satisfaction was shown by each of the following factors : the chronic diseases, other's help, subjective health and self-respect in the individual systematic factors, the support of the spouse, the support of children and family relationship in the microsystem factors, and the degree of participation in social activities, surrounding life environment, etc in the social environmental systematic factors. In the viewpoint of ecosystem, the microsystem variable group the best explained the life satisfaction of the elderly. The relative difference of influence of each variable is the most influenced by the family relationship, the self-respect, the support of the spouse and the participation in social activities followed.
