The purpose of this study is to find out the relationship between “Teaching-Efficacy” of the after school childcare teacher and their “Job Satisfaction.”
This study was done with the staff in charge along with regular volunteers, which work at various after school cities, including, Kang Dong Gu, Song Pa Gu, Seong Dong Gu, Kwang Jin Gu, in Seoul and Pyung Taek City, Hwa Seong City, along with Suwon City District in Kyung Gi Province. Through this study we had seen the direct relationship between “Teaching-Efficacy” and the after school childcare teachers “Job Satisfaction.” The study showed the more the teacher felt job satisfaction the more personal gratification was indicated.
After the study was complete, it had shown that the higher the level of self worth or attitude of the teacher the higher the level of job satisfaction and efficiency was seen. In short, the more the child care teacher had positive self worth, the better they performed their job duties, and the more confidence was seen and their was more indication of job satisfaction.
Therefore, in conclusion, it is indicated that the higher the self worth the after school teacher displayed, the higher the “Job Satisfaction” was seen and monitored. This would indicate that the higher the “Job Satisfaction” that was displayed, the more positive benefit the after school students would receive. And also the Teaching-Efficacy and Job Satisfaction related each other. To add to this, it have an effect on job satisfaction.
