우리나라는 급격한 경제위기 속에 여성의 사회활동이 늘어나면서 맞벌이 부 부가 증가되고, 저 출산으로 인한 한 자녀 가정이 늘어나고 있다. 또한 조부모 가정, 한 부모 가정, 다문화 가정 등의 다양한 형태의 가정이 출현하고 있으며, 이러한 사회변화와 맞물려 현장의 보육시설은 보육정책의 빠른 변화를 경험하고 있다(유희정, 2009). 이제 자녀 양육의 문제가 한 가족의 문제를 넘어 사회가 적 극적으로 책임을 공유해야 할 문제로 인식하게 되었으며, 이는 양질의 보육시설 에 대한 증폭된 요구로 이어지고 있다(황해익ž박성미ž김정신ž박선해, 2008). 보건 복지가족부의 보육통계(2009)에 의하면 전체 보육시설 수는 매년 증가하여 1997 년 15,375개소에서 2008년 6월 현재는 32,149개소로 1997년 대비 2.1배 증가하였 다. 또한 보육아동수도 1997년 520,959명에서 2008년 6월 현재 1,091,287명으로 1997년 대비 2배 이상 증가하였다. 따라서 기본보조금 및 보육료 지원 확대 등 으로 보육시설 이용 아동이 지속적으로 증가할 것으로 전망된다.
The purpose of this study is to verify the effects of the group art therapy program with collage activity on the job satisfaction of the heads or directors of child care institutions, in the way that improving the level of job satisfaction for the directors will in return enhance the quality of education in child care centers. Study subjects are twenty six directors of the child care facilities located in Pyeongtaek city of Gyeonggi province who were told about the study beforehand. The subjects were divided into the experimental group of thirteen and the control group of the other thirteen out of all twenty six participants. The collage group art therapy consists of a total of 10 sessions, twice a week, and each session lasting 90 minutes. To verify the effects of the therapy program, pretest and posttest of both job satisfaction test and KSD before and after the program. The comparison of pretest and posttest scores are analyzed by SPSS Window 12.0 in terms of paired t-test for the degree of significance of the program. The agreement test (Cronbach\'s alpha as interrater reliability) of two raters on pretest and posttest of KSD was adopted to avoid the rater error, then used as the data for assessment. Consequently, it can be said that group art therapy with collage is effective in enhancing the job satisfaction level of the heads of child care facilities.
